Beeman was a friend of John Constantine's with a liking for exotic materials and insects. He serves as both a supplier of holy objects and relayer of information for Constantine. He was seemingly killed by Balthazar after being filled with flies.
Biography[]
Beeman lived underneath a public bowling alley.[1]
Beeman and John had a close relationship prior to and throughout the events of the film, as evidenced when John is both upset and angry about his death.[1]
History[]
Beeman is first seen supplying John with various tools and weapons in John's apartment. After giving John cough syrup, he leaves.
Some time later, Beeman helps John by reading out a chapter about Mammon on a latin Bible through the phone. Beeman describes the means of summoning/bringing Mammon onto the mortal plane. As he reads through the chapter, Beeman notices that someone else is in the bowling alley with him. Beeman continues to read until it gets too close. Before he dies, Beeman tells John that he and others have faith in him.
John arrives at the bowling alley with Angela to find Beeman's corpse surrounded by flies.
Trivia[]
